Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Event Staff. As an integral part of our event management team, you will have the opportunity to work at a variety of exciting events, including corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and more. Your primary role will be to ensure that each event runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to attendees while facilitating a positive experience for all participants.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, including staging, seating, and decor arrangements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the registration process for guests, ensuring a seamless check‑in experience.
  • Work closely with event coordinators to ensure all aspects of the event are executed according to plan and timeline.
  • Assist in coordinating vendors, catering, and other service providers to facilitate event operations.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout the event venue, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed based on event schedules.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment as needed, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
