Provide service to patrons. Handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair.

• Safeguard confidential information of all department and company records and assets.
• Circulate throughout assigned areas to ensure that players follow rules and that machines function correctly.
• Exchange currency for customers, converting into requested combinations of bills.
• Answer patrons’ questions about gaming machine functions and payouts.
• Accounts for wallet funds.
• Witness and verifies slot jackpots.
• Perform minor repairs or make adjustments to slot machines, resolving problems such as machine tilts and un-jams tickets and bills in slot machines on slot floor.
• Approve and verify jackpot payouts.
• Perform all other duties, as assigned.

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission.

1-2 years of experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documentation; respond to inquiries or complaints; write and present information to management; perform normal mathematical computations; define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Work involves lifting, walking, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, climbing. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Office/Casino environment; subject to outdoor temperature; exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise l occasionally work in extreme heat or cold conditions. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
