Lead OSHA Process Safety Management Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Program.
Perform specialized technical safety analyses.
Assure compliance with DOE safety engineering requirements.
Lead the Upset Response Program.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the chemical or petroleum industries in process engineering/process safety management under OSHA standard 29 CFR . Experienced PHA facilitator. Strong written and oral communication skills required to develop presentations, analytical reports, technical correspondence, and lead teams.
DESIRED:Professional Engineer with experience in the chemical or petroleum industries in process engineering and process safety. Experience with design and operation of process systems including piping, valves, pipeline systems and pumping equipment. Experience with siting studies and risk appraisals. Experience with PHAWorks or similar software.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSESPreference is given to candidates who hold an LA or TX Professional Engineer license
