Overview:
This Senior Project Manager role is onsite in New Orleans, LA, responsible for managing the project team and overall project delivery, from conception through completion, in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage the project development, oversight, and resolution of complex project challenges. As the on-site Owner's Representative, you’ll ensure progress, technical performance, material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety.

• Lead project delivery on the client site in New Orleans, LA as Senior Project Manager / onsite Owner's Representative.
• Manage the project team and overall project delivery from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.
• Develop and deliver on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules to help achieve client objectives.
• Facilitate resolution of complex project challenges and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and scope controls.

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Engineering, Environmental or Construction
• Experience managing projects of $50 million+
• Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, and new construction building systems/components
• Experience with various disciplines, trades and systems with emphasis on full project delivery
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Strong people leadership and client relationship skills
• Ideally, Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) (preferred but not required)

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education.
