We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Engineer for an opportunity supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company located in Clayton, NC 27527
.
This role supports network design and implementation projects within a 24/7 production environment. You will work closely with IT architects, quality teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable and compliant network solutions.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure / Technical Services
- Strong hands‑on experience with network design, builds, and implementations
- Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching, Wireless, VPN, MPLS
- Experience with Cisco environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Solar Winds and firewall management platforms
- Experience in regulated or pharmaceutical environments (preferred)
- Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCNA) preferred
- Ability to move equipment up to 33 lbs
- May stand for extended periods
- Work may occur in production areas requiring hearing protection
