Job Description
We are looking for an experience technician to join the US Service Support team of Stevanato Group's Engineering Business Unit.
The Specialist is responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, closing (i.e. complete SAT operations) and general assistance (i.e. Service tasks) as well as pre-configure those and test in front of the customer in Italy (i.e FAT execution). Providing great customer service is key to his/her role.
Primary Tasks- Execute SATs activities (in case also FATs);
- Execute planned and corrective maintenance;
- Execute service assignments and modifications of machines at the site of costumers with an eye to reestablishing customer’s production as soon as possible;
- Education:
Mechatronic elecommunication lectronics omputer Science Engineer (bachelor’s degree – technical) - Machine worker, automation technician or similar background;
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in service;
- Electro-mechanical proficiency;
- PLC and Automation experience;
- Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work alone and under stressing conditions;
- Independent and flexible.
Willingness to travel in the US with short notice and act as 24/7 supports (in planned shifts);
Availability for international travel (especially Europe for training and South America for maintenance tasks)
