Electrical Engineer; On-Site

Overview

Electrical Engineer (On-Site) We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. This position will be at our client site in Donaldsonville, LA.

• Provide technical support for electrical systems during maintenance, outages, and project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to maintain safe and reliable operations.
• Assist with planning and implementing electrical strategies and improvements.
• Review and maintain electrical drawings, procedures, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Support capital projects from design through commissioning, including technical reviews and field support.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to implement innovative electrical solutions.

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.
• 2-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in an industrial or petrochemical setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and project execution.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electrical modeling tools (e.g., ETAP) is a plus.
