• Lead and participate in electrical engineering activities to enhance reliability and optimize maintenance costs
• Manage operations and maintenance support for electrical power distribution systems, including high voltage substations and motors
• Provide technical guidance regarding local, national, and international codes and standards
• Assist in engineering studies, incident investigations, and preparing reports
• Train and mentor field technicians in preventative maintenance and operation of electrical systems

• Understanding of medium/high voltage motors and distribution systems (at least 7,000 volts)
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards (IEC, ISA, NEC, IEEE)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
• Ability to travel for extended periods with little advance notice
• Valid driver's license required

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of Electrical Engineering experience
• 2 years of Medium Voltage experience
• 5 years of Industrial Operations experience
