A mining company is seeking an experienced Shaft Engineer based in Central Africa. Responsibilities include developing engineering standards, allocating resources, and improving engineering processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent, a Government Certificate of Competence for Mines & Works Electrical, and experience with vertical shafts, Koepe winders, pumping, and trackless mobile machinery (TMM).
