As a Senior Mechanical Engineer on our New Product Development (NPD) team, your ideas will move from concept to real‑world solutions that optimize businesses worldwide.
In this role, you will not only design—you will create, test, iterate, and launch systems that redefine entire industries. Job Responsibilities and Requirements What You'll Do:- Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation
- Take ownership of full‑cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (Solid Works preferred)
- Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data‑driven testing
- Build, qualify, and continually refine custom test equipment
- Collaborate across functions including R&D, manufacturing and business development, drive brainstorming and design reviews
- Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years hands‑on engineering experience
- Proven expertise in 3D modeling (Solid Works, Pro‑E, Inventor, etc.)
- Exceptional mechanical design and prototyping skills
- A builder's mindset: eager to test, learn, and improve‑quickly
