Job Title: Environmental Representative
Location: Fourchon, LA
Position Overview:The Environmental Representatives responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining the facility's handling, storage, and disposal of waste; including managing the air, water, and dredge permits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities will also include the training, data collection, on-site inspections and coordination of the facility's emergency response programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Waste collection, storage, and transport (hazardous, non-hazardous, universal, industrial solid, special waste, tires, sewage/biosolids).
- Assists facility and corporate HSE personnel in carrying out various environmental duties.
- Six (6) months of experience in performing environmental field functions within an industrial setting.
- Capable of monitoring/controlling environmental procedures on-site.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.), Oracle experience a plus.
