Summary of PositionThe Archival Intern will inventory, assess, and process the Graceland University archives. The program typically runs from late May to mid-August. This position will be mostly onsite in Lamoni, Iowa, USA.

- Determines an organizational scheme
- Processes the collection
- Catalogs published materials
- Priority setting
- Time management
- Patience for tedious tasks
- Knowledge of archival organization
- Willingness to learn
- Familiarity with Community of Christ and Graceland University history (desired, not required)
- Organizational skills

Two student assistants will be available to assist with the physical processing under the supervision of the Library Director

Required TrainingsRegistered Youth Worker/Anti-harassment Training:
New employees are required to be a registered youth worker with Community of Christ or be able to register within 30 days of hire date. Anti-harassment training is also required within 30 days of hire and then required annually.
