Overview
Alpha is transforming the traditional classroom experience. Our students don't passively absorb lectures—they accelerate through adaptive applications, achieve mastery at twice the conventional pace, and develop practical life competencies. Your role is to ensure our "3 Promises" become reality for every learner in your cohort and to develop Guides who can deliver the same outcomes.
You will combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, transforming workshops, data-informed rallies, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. If you have a track record of breaking performance barriers, converting struggling teams into high achievers, or consistently raising the bar beyond "adequate," we invite you to build excellence alongside us.
What You Will Be Doing- Developing and training Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at an elite standard of excellence
- Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, engaging learning activity design, and challenge resolution
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student participation and outcomes
- Coaching a focused cohort of students directly, demonstrating advanced motivational and instructional techniques
- Creating lesson plans – Guides support student learning through adaptive technology; your priority is equipping them as outstanding motivators
- Compromising standards – when our benchmark is 100%, your responsibility is upholding that expectation
- Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential professional development
