A board-certified locums gastroenterologist is needed for a locum tenens position in Iowa. This role involves providing inpatient general gastroenterology coverage with the support of hospital staff trained in GI. The patient census is typically low, with a maximum of six patients. ERCP skills are not required, as patients can be transferred to a hospital where our group practices and has a physician to provide that service.
