• Join an established and collegial team of 7 primary care providers (some with 30+ years with the group)
• Epic EMR
• 4‑day workweek, and manageable patient volume of around 15 per day
• Dedicated support including nurses, IT, schedulers, coders, referral coordinators and more!

• Total first‑year package up to $425,000
• $75,000 customizable onboarding incentive
