Academic Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiologist Position in New Orleans with J1 Visa/Green Card Opportunity
Join Tulane University School of Medicine and LCMC Healthcare in recruiting two dedicated and academically inclined advanced heart failure cardiologists (BC/BE) to join a team of three cardiologists and two transplant/LVAD surgeons in New Orleans. J1 waiver/green card opportunities are available.
Position OverviewThis is a clinical, non-tenure track, full-time position in the specialty of Cardiology, subspecialty Heart Failure and Transplant. The successful candidates will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient care within the Advanced Heart Failure Program.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring activities.
- MD or DO degree.
- Board-certified or eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Eligible for an unrestricted Louisiana medical license.
