We are seeking a talented Architectural Job Captain with solid experience, design confidence, and the technical skills to help support across our growing pipeline of new work.

Expectations for a successful candidate include the below.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 5–7 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm. Previous experience delivering multi‑unit restaurant or retail projects is required.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills, ability to manage a project independently and ask for help when you need it.
• Experience and comfort managing and coordinating with the various other parties required for project delivery such as Surveyors, Engineers, Contractors, Owner Vendors, etc.
• Experience with most phases of project delivery – early site due diligence through construction administration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Understanding of building codes, and comfort with referencing codes in multiple jurisdictions.
• Licensed Architect or on‑path to licensure.
• Expert proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Currently lives in or willing to quickly relocate to New Orleans.
• Is comfortable traveling ~30 % of the time, as needed for projects.
• Is looking to have fun and get their hands dirty – we are at a dynamic moment of growth in the studio, so ambition and a willingness to help build for the future are huge pluses.

Our small yet mighty team engages with a diverse set of clients across a range of project types – the immediate emphasis for this position will be focused on national branded restaurant projects with opportunities to also support on active residential and hospitality projects as well. We work on a full‑time hybrid model (2 days in person/3 remote) out of a coworking space in New Orleans, so preference will be given to candidates within commuting distance and who are able to work in-person a few days a week.

Salary commensurate with experience.
