The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Color Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Performs complex tests, tasks, and/or experiments.
- Utilizes standard or nonstandard procedures required for product development, process scale-up, or production processes.
- Ensures 3M quality standards are met and maintained.
- Adapts existing testing approaches.
- The employee performs work under general supervision.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher (Completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Demonstrated coaching, interpersonal communication, and team leadership ability
- History of successfully applying business knowledge to support business needs and goals
- Initiates, leads, and implements problem identification and resolution
- Five (5) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- On-site Little Rock-AR
May include up to 5% domestic.

Compensation and BenefitsApplicable to US Applicants Only. The expected compensation range for this position is $67,528 - $82,535, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
