Job DescriptionDinamic AS Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in New Orleans, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing booking requests, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless reservation process from start to finish.

Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound reservation requests with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide clients with detailed information regarding availability, rates, policies, and services
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor reservation trends and report relevant updates to management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
