Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our customer success efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and maintain a strong relationship with our brand. As a Customer Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing their accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with account changes, billing inquiries, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
