Club Lounge Concierge

Overview

We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Club Lounge Concierge. The successful candidate will possess a passion for flawless service and the highest integrity and work ethic, and will provide personalized service to all clientele by serving as a liaison between the guest and the hotel. You will address and resolve all customer problems efficiently and effectively.

You will also maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lobby.

• To respond and provide a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Avion and The Windsor Court policies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the area, including but not limited to social, cultural, historical, and physical attractions, and effectively pass the information on to guests.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lobby.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
• Excellent customer service skills
• Skill for building relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Word and Excel
• Multi-tasking and a great sense of urgency
• Strong interpersonal & team player skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
