Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team in New Orleans. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, problem resolution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and follow up on requests
