Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ethics and Values: Foster an environment of teamwork; ring up orders and handle payments.
• Guest Focus: Ensure a positive product and guest service experience; meet guest needs when smoothies are ordered.
• Perseverance: Complete daily checklist duties; be receptive to feedback from shift leads and managers; approach tasks with a positive attitude.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to tolerate exposure to various fresh, dried, frozen products, and powders without health risk.
• Follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Provide excellent guest service.
