• Perform general construction labor duties on an active remodel site
• Clean and maintain the job site to ensure a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with unloading and moving construction materials and supplies
• Support skilled trades and site supervisors as needed throughout the day
• Follow all job site safety procedures and guidelines
• Help keep the project moving efficiently and on schedule

• Entry‑level candidates welcome; construction or job site experience is a plus
• Prior Sistema safety training or familiarity with construction safety practices preferred
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and remain physically active throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively on a team
