As a recognized builder in the region, we're expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager to lead high-end residential and commercial projects from planning through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ensuring that all assigned projects are completed on time, on budget, exactly as promised, and at or above projected profitability. Success is measured by on-time delivery, profit margins, and outstanding client feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Own all phases of assigned projects from planning to completion, protecting profitability while delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Manage schedules, budgets, change orders, and cost forecasts
- Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and vendors, and issue purchase orders
- Monitor and report on remaining subcontractor balances
- Prepare draft monthly billing for review and submission
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Oversee inspections and permitting processes
- Lead and support the Superintendent and Assistant PM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain daily clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships that result in positive reviews and repeat business
- Track and report performance metrics and KPIs
- Participate in daily training sessions
- 5+ years of experience as a PM or Superintendent in high-end residential or commercial construction
- BS or BA degree in Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, specifications, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
- Experience with construction management and estimating software (Co-Construct, Buildertrend preferred)
- PMP certification valued
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable

Full Time position - Compensation: $70,000-$85,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
