We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site contact for homeowners, ensuring work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards.

• Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners.
• Monitor job progress, quality, and safety.
• Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Take progress photos and update project records.
• Help with inspections when needed.
• Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track.

• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.

• $18 per hour (average 40–45 hours) + commission on jobs invoiced and collected (average $200–$300/week).
• Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K+.
• Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
• Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop).
