Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a growing team. Must be located in Dubuque County or willing to commute.

This role is pivotal in driving project execution, operational excellence, and safety compliance for PEMB, greenhouse, and fabric building construction projects. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and an effective leader
, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction projects through all phases: pre‑construction, construction, and closeout.
• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Maintain project scope, client relationships, and regulatory compliance on‑site and off‑site.
• Conduct site visits, monitor field activities, and ensure quality control and safety.
• Prepare progress reports, mitigate risks, and resolve project issues promptly.
• Mentor junior project managers and support team development.
• Utilize ERP, Procore, and other project management tools for scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, ERP systems).
• Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and OSHA/safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, travel to job sites, and work extended hours as needed.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred; OSHA 10/30 a plus.
