Client Advisor

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Advisor
. This role will be based in Urbandale, Iowa, and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

• Develop and deliver essential project documents that support client engagement and business development.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify growth opportunities and support proposal creation.
• Manage escalated client concerns with sound judgment and timely resolution, escalating major issues as appropriate.
• Provide technical and transactional support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client professionals.
• Represent Marsh at industry events to build your professional network and stay connected to market trends.

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a client management role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.

• Proven track record of client success.
• Demonstrates confidence and accountability in all interactions.
• Background in the insurance industry, particularly underwriting, brokerage, or Property & Casualty, is preferred.
