Overview
Fluker Farms is seeking a full-time team member to support our Office Division in handling Accounts Receivable and key HR support functions. Founded in 1953, Fluker Farms is a family-owned business located in Port Allen, Louisiana. Fluker’s offers PTO, 401(k), health insurance, and other benefits to all full-time employees.
Responsibilities- Accurately prepare A/R reports and distribute client statements monthly by keeping all A/R reports updated daily.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding open A/R accounts and payment status updates.
- Verify client accounts to ensure payments are posted accurately and correctly.
- Identify discrepancies in accounts and find solutions.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of required documents and coordination of related tasks.
- Schedule required HR services, appointments, and employee-related compliance activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager as needed.
- Demonstrate courtesy, professionalism, and care in interactions with clients, coworkers, and management.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality when handling financial and employee information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- Technical Proficiency
- Ability to handle confidential financial and personnel information with discretion
- 1 year of A/R experience
- Payroll, HR, or office administration experience preferred
- Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Quick Books Online experience is helpful but not required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, human resources, or related field preferred
