Overview
Summary This internship position is part of the Summer Internship Program, scheduled to run from Wednesday, May 27 through Friday, July 31, with potential extension through mid-August based on the hiring manager and department decision. Candidates must be available for the full duration of the program to ensure a consistent and meaningful learning experience.
DescriptionThe Digital Transformation Intern will perform a variety of duties to support the company in technological projects. The intern will participate in transforming current system infrastructure and data to a more digitized environment and maintain the integrity of the company’s information technology department.
Responsibilities- Maintain daily file imports.
- Create new data files for vendor delivery.
- Work with a group of Business Analysts to identify ways to improve job functions.
- Collaborate with different departments on special projects.
- Maintain daily mass maintenance and automation tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
- Business majors preferred.
- Be a highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possesses critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret documents as required to perform the essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and accommodations are possible without causing undue hardship, lifting/moving/carrying may be omitted.
