Job Description

Dynamic AS Group is seeking a motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in New Orleans. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership capabilities while contributing to key operational and strategic initiatives.

The Leadership Development Associate will work closely with experienced managers and cross‑functional teams to gain practical exposure to business operations, project coordination, and leadership practices. This position offers structured development and mentorship to help build a strong professional foundation.

Responsibilities
