We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Data Analyst to join our Health Sciences team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and client‑facing projects across various Health Sciences initiatives. You will work closely with project leads, technical experts, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities and operational processes.

Job Responsibilities Project Coordination & Support- Assist in the planning and execution of Health Sciences projects, including timelines, deliverables, and resource tracking.
- Support project managers with documentation, project plans, status updates, and meeting coordination.
- Monitor project progress and help identify risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
- Support the optimization and maintenance of operational workflows within the Health Sciences team.
- Help with tracking budgets, invoices, and internal reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and manage follow‑up actions across internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between scientific teams, consultants, and operational functions.
- Maintain accurate project records, dashboards, and documentation repositories.
- Support quality assurance checks on deliverables and operational artifacts.
- Assist with preparing presentations, client materials, and internal project summaries.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, public health, project management, business operations, or related).
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience or internship in project coordination or operational support.
- Exposure to health sciences, consulting, research, or related environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, ).

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $55,000 - $75,000. Any offered salary range is based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, training, location, scope of role, management responsibility, etc.
