About

The Role

Nevly is seeking a Product Manager (the “Manager”) for our Nevly Money product (the “Product”). The Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution through the product lifecycle of the Product, including the gathering and prioritizing of product and customer requirements; playing a meaningful role in defining the Product vision and working closely with the engineering, marketing and strategy teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of all Product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Translate Product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by the Product’s engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for new features and other improvements to the Product in order to maximize its utility to its customers.
  • Ensure continuous understanding of customer needs as well as market trends and ensuring that those factors are always considered in connection with the ongoing design and development of the Product.
  • Regularly review Product performance, gather customer feedback, and propose necessary adjustments to the Product to enhance its performance and improve its performance.
  • Ensure that all proposed Product features and modifications comply with applicable financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop, implement and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
Position Requirements
  • 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web and mobile analytics and AB testing software. Experience with third party APIs and solutions integration.
  • Data-driven with the ability to use DMPs (product analytics tools).
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership.
  • Experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Experience with UX design.
  • Prior experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Experience leading and building consensus across an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience conducting customer or user-interviews leveraging prototypes.
  • Experience with business analysis, product requirements, use cases and user stories.

Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000
