• Display and encourage teamwork among employees and customers
• Maintain positive working relationships with all employees and customers
• Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and members of management
• Gather all necessary equipment needed to perform the task at hand
• Direct crews on the job
• Assist crews when advice is needed or just a helping hand is needed
• Must be in constant communication with crews and job representative on the job
• Make sure all employees work in a safe and timely manner
• Prepare and complete all documentation needed to make work ticket on each job
• Turn in all documentation to crew coordinator
• Attend all training courses that are required by the Company
• Complete all tasks assigned by management not to exceed the physical requirements of the job description

• Valid Drivers License/Identification
• Ability to read and write in English
• Basic math skills
