Base Pay Range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Supply Chain Contract Administrator

We are seeking a Supply Chain Contract Administrator to provide critical operational and contracting support to two onsite Supply Chain teams. This role enables Supply Chain leadership to focus on strategic delivery by managing essential contract, sourcing, and administrative activities across the full source-to-pay lifecycle
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with prior supply chain or contracting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys keeping complex processes moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support contract preparation, compliance, and document administration
  • Coordinate contractor onboarding activities and ensure adherence to established processes
  • Assist with competitive sourcing activities, including development and evaluation support
  • Provide accounts payable and invoice workflow assistance
  • Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative support
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across contract files, trackers, and systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across two asset locations to improve efficiency
  • Provide operational support throughout all stages of the source-to-pay process
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Prior Supply Chain or Contracting experience is strongly required
  • Experience supporting contracting workflows or junior-level contracting responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills with comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels
Technical Skills
  • SAP proficiency is required
  • Experience with Ariba, Fieldglass, or other SCM systems
