Project Controls Specialist

The Project Controls Specialist will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance reporting for construction projects. The role ensures alignment with project objectives, monitors progress, provides actionable insights to stakeholders, and assists with project closeout updates.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Smartsheet, MS Office, or MS Project.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers.
• Generate regular progress and financial reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
