Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to leadership and internal teams. The ideal candidate will help coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently.

This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives and team members
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Handle incoming communications and respond or route messages appropriately
  • Assist with organizing reports, files, and administrative documentation
  • Support daily operational tasks and ensure priorities are properly managed
  • Arrange travel logistics, meeting coordination, and internal scheduling needs
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Assist with general office coordination and administrative organization
