This detail-oriented role verifies information, reviews contracts and follows up on outstanding issues.  The variety of routine tasks are related to ensuring compliance is met with state laws and regulations.
** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Validates that documents provided by field locations to support compliance with state law and Company policies and procedures are accurate using Company based system.
* Interprets and evaluates documentation to verify information on all new contracts and/or service and merchandise deliveries or cancellations is completed with accuracy and consistency.
* Demonstrates quick response to document inquiries and directs locations with clear instructions on incomplete or missing documents.
* Follows up on outstanding items to obtain resolution.  Research availability of other potential documents when necessary.
* Maintains professional and cooperative relationships with all field locations and/or insurance companies/banking institutions.

** Minimum Requirements

* ** High School Diploma or equivalent
** Experience
* ** At least two (2) years of business office experience specializing in using/supporting business systems, preferably in a corporate environment.
