Job DescriptionAs a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for managing booking inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring accuracy across all scheduling systems. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, delivering timely information and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the reservation process.
Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone and email
- Process, confirm, and update bookings accurately
- Maintain detailed records in internal systems
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding availability and services
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Resolve scheduling concerns with professionalism and efficiency
