Outbound Sales Administrator
Location: Clayton (hybrid)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Pay: $32.66 per hour + super Duration: 3-months with strong chance of extension Start Date: ASAP

The Opportunity A unique opportunity for a proactive go-getter who wants to break into a career within sales operations. This role will work closely with the management team to help bring outbound campaigns to life. On-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Format and structure sales lists for outbound campaigns
- Track and analyse data to turn into actionable insights
- Support operational tasks to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Maintain clean, well-organised data and documentation
- Use multiple tech platforms and data sources to manage lists and outputs
- Work from the Clayton office on a hybrid schedule (onsite and remote as arranged)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience handling datasets
- Tech savvy - ability to use multiple tech platforms
- Pro-active mindset
- Love working with and analysing data
- Experience in operational support role
