Office ManagerEMR USA is currently seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Office Manager to join our team in Port Allen. This role is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, processing customer tickets, and supporting accounting and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process and pay out customer tickets accurately and efficiently
- Maintain precise records of all cash and check balances
- Deliver exceptional customer service to dealers, vendors, and customers
- Enter transaction data into company manufacturing software
- Maintain and organize all transaction‑related files and documentation
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Create and manage the office budget and ensure compliance across staff
- Monitor office supplies and place orders for equipment and materials as needed
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors to ensure a clean, safe, and well‑functioning office environment
- Report office performance and progress to management and assist in improving office procedures
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong computer and office software proficiency
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, physical examination, and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience preferred
This position is based in an office environment and requires regular use of computers, phones, and office equipment. The role involves sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, as well as frequent bending, kneeling, and standing. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work in confined spaces is required.
