, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations. What You’ll Do
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary Leadership Team
  • Maintain meeting schedules, calendars, and departmental communications
  • Support the purchasing process, including requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate inventories of culinary supplies, smallwares, and equipment
  • Manage and assist with culinary scheduling systems to ensure proper staffing
  • Assist with Culinary payroll processes, timekeeping review, and reporting
  • Support the Executive Chef with food cost tracking, expense management, and financial reporting
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records and filing systems
  • Manage daily banquet event orders (BEOs) for upcoming culinary functions
  • Review BEOs daily for changes and updates; communicate revisions clearly and timely to the culinary team
  • Attend operational meetings to document notes and identify culinary requirements for upcoming events
  • Attend payroll and productivity meetings and effectively speak to culinary staffing levels, scheduling justification, and staffing overages
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with problem resolution
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed to support department success

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to learn new computer programs and technology quickly
  • Strong capability to balance competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; experience with hotel or enterprise systems preferred
  • Previous administrative experience preferred; hospitality, culinary, or banquet operations experience preferred
  • A proactive, dependable team player eager to take on additional responsibilities
