We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a high-level manager or mid-level administrator, as well as their team. This role requires a self-motivated professional who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative in handling a wide range of tasks—especially in dynamic or non-routine situations. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Job Duties:
- Draft Complex Correspondence: Independently compose, edit, and prepare a wide range of written communications, including confidential and sensitive documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Liaison and Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact between the supervisor and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Issue Prioritization and Briefing: Evaluate incoming requests, issues, and conflicts to determine urgency and significance; provide concise, informed briefings and recommendations to the supervisor for appropriate action.
- Budget Monitoring and Compliance: Track and monitor departmental expenditures, reconcile accounts, and ensure spending aligns with approved budgets and financial policies; assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
