Executive Assistant to the CEO
Five to Sixty, New Orleans (Marigny), Hybrid

We’re hiring a full time Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a high trust role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves building order out of chaos, and can support an executive who travels often, operates across multiple companies, and balances big creative projects with real life.
The RoleNew Orleans based, hybrid role. You’ll work remotely and also spend time at our headquarters in the Marigny.
Our CEO’s schedule spans three operating companies, acquisition work, frequent travel, leadership responsibilities, and high visibility creative projects. You will protect time, manage logistics, anticipate needs, and keep priorities moving.
This role may also support additional executives and partners across the companies if bandwidth allows.
What You’ll Do- Manage a complex calendar across multiple businesses with shifting priorities and constant scheduling changes
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, confirmations, and last minute adjustments
- Support inbox management, drafting replies, flagging urgent items, and maintaining follow ups
- Keep meetings organized with agendas, notes, action items, and clear next steps
- Coordinate internally with executives, partners, and team members across companies
- Liaise with outside stakeholders including clients, advisors, attorneys, accountants, vendors, and talent reps
- Support occasional personal logistics and life admin with discretion and strong judgment
- Improve organization systems so fewer things fall through the cracks and stress stays low

- High discretion, good judgment, and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable working directly with a CEO and handling sensitive information
- Able to switch between big picture priorities and detailed execution without missing steps
- Have supported a founder or executive who travels often and moves fast
- Have experience in production, agencies, talent, entertainment, or startup environments
- Are strong with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, Monday, Asana, or similar tools
- Can draft emails and messages in a natural, human tone
- Like building systems and improving how things run

Compensation and Benefits$50,000 to $70,000 base salary depending on experience and capability, plus benefits. Eligible for a performance based bonus after 1 year of service based on impact and scope.
