A well-established and growing organization within the hospitality industry is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations while supporting financial accuracy, compliance, and process improvement. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands‑on accounting professional who understands the pace and nuances of hospitality operations and enjoys contributing to a high-performing finance team.

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month‑end close processes
• Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
