The Managerwillmanagemultipleclientrelationshipsensuringsuperiorclientservicewiththeirclientserviceteammembers.
Deliverablesincludefundadministrationservicesprovidedtoprivateequityfundssuchas:
- Reviewaccountingrecords,financial statements,andsupportschedules(GAAP&OCBOA)
- Review
SBAcompliancereporting,includingSBAForm
468preparation - Reviewcapitalcall&distributioncalculationsandletters
- Reviewwaterfallsandpartnercapitalaccountstatements
- Coordinatedeliverableswith Investor Service steam
- Career development,supervision,andtrainingofstaff
- Dailyclientandteammemberinteraction
- Internalresponsibilities(filing,status reports,timetracking,etc.)
What Technical Skills ,Experience,and Qualificationsdoyouneed?
- BSDegreein
Accounting-CPAorCPAcandidatepreferred - Experienceinportfolio/investmentandpartnershipaccountingrequired,Private Equityaccountingexperiencerequired
- WorkingknowledgeofUSGAAP
- Advanced Excel skills(VLOOKUP,SUMIF,IF/THEN,XIRR,SUBTOTAL,ROUND,namedranges)
- Investranexperiencepreferred
- Abletomultitaskandperformtasksunderstrictdeadlines
- Experiencedelegating,trainingandsupervisingstaff
- Experiencemanagingclientrelationships
- Professionalverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Attentiontodetailandstrongorganizationalskills
AtCSC,compensationdependsonseveralfactors,includingjoblocationandtheknowledgeandexperienceofeachindividual.
Areasonableestimateofthecurrentrangeis $125,000to $140,000.
