Our Assurance team is built for curious, communicative professionals who enjoy digging into the details while still seeking the big picture. You'll work closely with clients across industries, building lasting relationships, and have the space to find your niche within the field. • Performs diversified accounting and assurance assignments under the direction of a Manager, Senior Manager, and/or Partner
• Begins to demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
• Meets time constraints and client deadlines
• Participates in planning of client engagements
• Becomes proficient at preparing financial statements using the firm's software programs and prepares other reports, projects, and duties as may be assigned
• Begins to develop a command of GAAP, other comprehensive basis of accounting, unique or specialized accounting principles, and financial statement presentations
• Begins acquiring the skills necessary to develop quality client relationships and loyalty
• Takes additional ownership in jobs assigned or task given in order to see through to completion

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from a four‑year college or university
• Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Active CPA License preferred but not required
