You’ll be showcasing our brand to enhance awareness from local regions to nationwide.

• Connect and bring new clients into Mode.
• Prospect and research potential estate agent clients and property marketing businesses.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and targeted outreach.
• Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and introduce Mode’s marketing services.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our services.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed about our service offerings and industry trends to position mode competitively.
• Document sales activities, including lead status and agreements and pass confirmed clients to the client success team.
• Provide feedback on customer needs to marketing and operations.

• Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changes.
• Comfortable interacting with prospects, clients and team members.
• Confident in building a small team and helping them develop.
