💡 What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants, learning the ropes and getting stuck in from day one:

* Speaking to candidates daily and building relationships

* Resourcing candidates for live automotive vacancies across the UK

* Learning how to interview, qualify, and match people to roles

* Managing candidate pipelines and CRM systems

* Supporting consultants on key dealership and automotive accounts

* Learning the commercial side of recruitment and how fees are earned

🎓 Training & Qualification

* Level 3 NVQ fully funded

* On-the-job recruitment training from industry experts

* Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and clear progression paths

You don’t need recruitment experience — attitude matters more than a CV.

* Confident communicator (you won’t be scared of the phone)
