Responsibilities, hours and the day-to-day of the role

• You will work 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week; hours can fall any time between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and will be allocated by our resource planner 3 weeks in advance on a rolling basis.
• You will be required to drive up to 2 hours to reach your venue of the day; there may also be instances where you will need to take public transport depending on the venue type.
• At Bluecrest, we maintain high standards; you will work in many new and varied venues across your region.
• The day starts with planning your route and traveling to your allocated venue. Expect to travel 30 minutes to 2 hours, unpack and set up your kit, greet customers, and conduct 15 to 22 customer appointments per day (appointments range from 10 to 45 minutes per customer based on package).
• You will perform health assessments with customers based on chosen packages, including but not limited to: PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests, and offer advice on further testing where appropriate. You will also update and maintain all relevant administration records.
• You will not be required to relay results or provide lifestyle advice to customers after assessments are complete.
